Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect and prevent spam.
An anonymised string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to see if you’re using it.
Once your comment is approved, your profile picture (if any) becomes visible in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to our site, please avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS).
Visitors can download and extract this location data from your uploaded images.

• If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you don’t have to re-enter your details next time. These cookies last for one year.

• Comments and their metadata are stored indefinitely to recognise and approve follow-up comments automatically.
